Lemon Pepper & Ginger Hot Honey

We always like to spice things up, and the delicious blend of lemon, fresh ginger and local honey make a sweet and tangy spiced up treat.   Dunk a teaspoon (or more) in hot water to make a hot honey tea... Drizzle it on ice cream for a sweet and spicy dessert... We also enjoy it with chicken nuggets, chicken breast, a glaze for smoked salmon or drizzled over a salad.
